Mallory Martin of Mesa County will be announcing her candidacy for Colorado House District 54, which includes the rural areas of Mesa County, the city of Delta and the Surface Creek Valley including Cedaredge, Eckert and Austin.
HD 54 is currently represented by Republican Matt Soper.
